Rev.Harriet Wamulima – Departmental Head. The chaplaincy is a Central Division of the hospital ministry providing routine services to both staff and patients. The diocesan health coordinator plans to have a chapel built at the Mukono Church of Uganda Hospital health Facility.
The Office of the chaplain who doubles as the health coordinator engages into a full-time ministry to counsel and rehabilitate the emotional wellbeing of all hospital clients. The central message is derived from John 10:10 “Christ came that they may have life and life in abundancy” John 10:10

DIOCESAN INSTRUMENTS:
The Diocese has its instruments of identity which are used to define its existence. These include some of the following;
- The canonical doctrines which stipulate the moral standards guiding the behavior of its members and the clergy. Some of these apply to the directorate’s operations and instructions.
- The biblical doctrines which stipulate the bible teachings followed by he Anglican Church of Uganda.
- The Liturgical doctrines
So far we have Mukono Church of Uganda Hospital(MCOUH) , Mukono Diocese Rotary Hospital, Kiwumu Health Centre II, Kikanddwa Health Centre III, Bukaya Heath Center II, Nangunga Heath Cenrtre II, Namuyenje Health Centre II and Namakwa Health Center II.
